摘要 针对某多型导弹测试设备计量检定工作的急需和现场开展计量工作的困难,开发了一套自动化测试程度高、可携行机动的综合计量系统;该系统采用虚拟仪器设计思想,在IEEE488.2标准的基础上,用GPIB总线连接和控制仪器进行数据测量与校准;该系统基于LabVIEW平台设计开发,可根据实际需求增减仪器,并通过修改或增减软件模块来增强或拓展其功能;经过现场试用表明:该系统能满足某多型导弹测试设备的全部计量需求,提高工作效率,保证量值传递的有效性和可靠性。 Aiming at the exigent need of measure and test work for testing equipment of some missiles and the difficulty of doing measure work in the locale, we devised an integrative metrology system with a high degree of automatization of testing and ambulant ability. Virtual instrument technique has been introduced into this system which uses GPIB bus to link and control instrument to measure and calibrate data on the base of IEEE488. 2 standard. This system is designed and developed based on LabVIEW platform. We can install or remove instruments according to requirements, and add or reduce its function by changing or adding or reducing its soft modules. Spot test result indicates that this system can satisfy metrological requirement of testing equipment of some missiles, and the work efficiency is advanced, and the validity and the reliability of measure transfer is assured.
