摘要
针对电力电子装置的故障诊断实现特点,提出了一种专门针对电力电子装置的故障录波系统,由中心分析站和采集子站组成;该装置采用多CPU并行工作的电路结构,ARM9处理器实现友好的人机界面以及丰富的通信接口,DSP实现故障录波启动、测频、开关量检测等算法,FPGA实现高速AD采样控制以及ARM和DSP之间数据交换的控制;介绍了故障录波器的工作原理,录波启动、突变量检测、软件测频等算法及软件各主要功能模块的流程框图,并对该装置的特点和应用前景作了研究和说明。
Aiming at the characteristic of electronics equipment fault diagnostic , this paper presents a fault recorder system for electronics equipment. The system consists of center analyze station, date acquisition station, the realization method of soft and hardware for the fault recorder is proposed. The equipment adopts parallel working mode with multiple CPUs and distributed structure,. The principle, algorithm and the software flow charts of the device are described in detail. The application prospects of the fault recorders are also given.
