吗氯贝胺对小鼠记忆损害的改善作用

Improving Effect of Moclobemide on Amnesia in Mice

采用一次性训练被动回避反应实验—跳台法和避暗法，观察了吗氯贝胺对小鼠学习记忆的影响。结果显示：大剂量吗氯贝胺（50mg/kg）对樟柳碱所致小鼠获得障碍及亚硝酸钠所致记忆巩固障碍有明显保护作用，但对30％乙醇所致小鼠记忆再现障碍无改善作用。关键词:##4吗氯贝胺;;学习;;记忆;;

Using step-down and step-through test,we studied the effect of moclobemide on am-nesia in mice. The results showed that moclobemide (50mg/kg)had significantely protectiveeffect on acquisition and consolidation of memory in mice which were treated with anisodineand nitrite, but it didn't show positive effects on retrieval of memory of mice impaired by30% alcohol.
