枸杞子对四氯化碳致大鼠肝脂类过氧化作用的抑制 被引量:9

摘要 用中药枸杞子加水制成匀浆给大鼠连续灌胃9天(1次/天),然后肌肉注射四氯化碳(CCl4),24小时后处死,取血清和肝匀浆测定SOD和MDA含量,结果表明:枸杞组大鼠血清和肝匀浆SOD活力明显高于对照组,MDA含量明显低于对照组。说明枸杞子具有抑制CCl4致脂类过氧化的作用。 The cats had an injection of carbon tetrachloride(im) after taking the homogenate madeof the mixture of fructus lycii(traditional Chinese medicine) and water for 9 days regularly(once a day) and were put to death 24 hours after that. The serum and the hepatic ho-mogenate were taken to determine SOD activity and MDA content in them. The results showthat the level of SOD activity in the serum and hepatic homogenate of the rats from fructuslycii group is remarkably higher than that in the control group, and that the level of MDAcontent is markedly lower than that in the control group. It is suggested that fructus lyciihas an inhibitory effect on carbon tetrachloride-caused peroxidation action of lipid in cats
