产后家庭功能与初产妇及其配偶角色适应的相关性研究

Research on the relationship between family function and role adaptation of primipara and their husbands in postpartum period

目的了解产后初产妇及其配偶角色适应情况,探讨家庭功能与其角色适应的相关性。方法采取问卷调查法对初产妇及其配偶各79名进行调查。结果初产妇及其配偶家庭功能较好者各20名(25.32%),初产妇角色适应好者50名(63.29%),其配偶角色适应好者48名(60.76%)。初产妇家庭功能与角色适应呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论应充分发挥家庭功能的作用,使初产妇及其配偶尽快地适应新角色。

Objectives To investigate the conditions of role adaptation of family after delivery and the relationship between family function and role adaptation. Method A questionnaire survey was conducted on 79 primipara and their husbands respectively. Results 25.32% （ n = 20） of the primipara were high - functioning familles. 63.29% （ n = 50） of the primipara and 60.76% （ n = 48） of the husbands showed fine - role adaptation. The family function of primipara was positively correlated with the score of role adaptation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion It is suggested to pay more attention to the family function, and help the primipara and their husbands to adapt to their new roles as soon as possible after delivery.
