手术室信息化管理的研究进展

The development of informationization management in operating room

通过对国外手术室信息化管理的发展历程进行回顾,包括过程监测、过程干预、流程重组等方面的内容,同时对比国内手术室管理现状,认为手术室信息化管理是一种有效的管理手段,建议利用信息技术优化手术排班,实施过程管理和多部门协同监管。

This paper reviewed the history and development of informationization management in the process supervision, process control and flow restruction in operating room in China and abroad,and proposed that informationization management was an effective management method in operating room. It is suggested to make full use of information technology to arrange operations rationally,implement process management and multi - department cooperative management.
