摘要
目的探索在分层级管理中设立护理组长对外科护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法通过民主测评、理论技术考核设立护理组长岗位,制订护理组长工作职责并严格考评。结果设立护理组长后调动了护士的工作积极性,提高了护理质量和患者满意度,科室护理质量指标全部达到优秀。结论设立护理组长是护理分层级管理中提高护理质量的有效措施。
Objective To explore the effect of the establishment of nurse team leaders in the hierarchical management on patients' satisfaction and the quality of nursing. Method The nurse team leaders were selected and appointed through competition by the means of theory and skills examination. The duties and resposiblities of nurse team leaders were identified. Results This practice motivated nurses ' working enthusiasm,improved the quality of nursing and increased patietns' satisfaction. As a result, all the quality index achieved to be excellent. Conclusion The establishment of nurse team leaders in the hierarchical management is an effective measure to improve the quality of nursing.
