摘要
目的:通过对2004～2007年南昌大学第一附属医院185例支气管扩张患者使用抗菌药物的调查与分析,为临床治疗支气管扩张患者提供理论依据。方法:抽取南昌大学第一附属医院2004～2007年所有支气管扩张患者的病历,对其抗菌药物应用情况进行统计分析。以药物利用指数(DUI)作为分析判断指标。结果:DUI为0.9～1.1的品种有16种,占47.06%;DUI小于0.9的品种有5种,占14.71%;DUI大于1.1的品种有13种,占38.23%。平均每人用2.92种抗菌药物,每日抗菌药费为74.42元。结论:该院对支气管扩张患者的抗菌药物应用基本合理,但仍存在DUI大于1.1的品种较多等问题,应加强合理用药。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization of antibiotics between 2004 and 2007 in 185 patients with bronchieetasis in the Nanchang University First Affiliated Hospital so as to provide theoretical reference for clinical treatment of bronchiectasis. METHODS： The medical records between 2004 and 2007 of all the patients with bronchiectasis in the Nanchang University First Affiliated Hospital were collected for a statistical analysis regarding the use of antibiotics with drug utilization index （DUI） as indexes. RESULTS ： 16 kinds （47.06 % ） had their DUI at 0.9 - 1.1, 5 （14.7 % ） at less than 0.9, and 13 （38.23%） greater than 1.1. On average, 2.92 kinds of antibiotics were used for each patient with a daily antibiotic cost of 74.42 yuan. CONCLUSION： The utilization of antibiotics in bronchiectasis patients was reasonable on the whole; however, there are still many kinds whose DUI greater than 1.1, therefore, rational administration of antibiotics should be strengthened.
