摘要
目的:为提高全院中成药处方质量及合理用药水平。方法:根据《处方管理办法》、《中华人民共和国药典》、药品说明书、文献等资料,对我院480张不合格中成药处方进行分类、分析,并进行干预。结果:480张处方中不合格之处达613次,前记、正文、后记均存在不同程度的问题。结论:医院应进一步采取更有效的措施,规范医生合理用药,尽量减少不合格处方问题的产生。
OBJECTIVE： To improve the quality of prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines and the rational administration level in our hospital. METHODS： Base on the Prescription Management Method, Pharmacopeia, package inserts of drugs, literature and so on, a total of 480 unqualified Chinese patent medicine prescriptions in our hospital were classified and analyzed, and an intervention on the prescriptions was conducted. RESULTS： Of the 480 prescriptions, the disqualification amounted to 613 times, and problems of different degree were found in premise, normal text and postscript of prescription. CONCLUSION： Effective measures should be taken further in hospital to standardize rational drug use and reduce occurrence of unqualified prescriptions as far as possible.
