“金童玉女”携《拉美摩尔的露契亚》在大都会复出

大都会歌剧院2月份上演的《拉美摩尔的露契亚》本应是该演出季的亮点，这不仅是俄国辣妹安娜·涅特里布科（Anna Netrebko）与墨西哥金童罗兰多·维拉宗（Rolando Villazán）这对近年席卷全球歌剧舞台的黄金拍档两年来首次在大都会舞台上合作，更是两人各自的“复出”之演。

OUTLINE/During February 2009,post partum Anna Netrebko appeared on stage with Rolando Villazon,the latter had been away for a year because of a voice problem.They reunited at the Met's second run of Lucia di Lammermoor. Except the weight gain caused by her pregnancy,Netrebko's performance was good except for a few short-comings.But what surprised people was that Villazon only performed two nights of Lucia before cancelling the rest of the run (replacements were Giuseppe Filianoti and Piotr Beczala).This Lucia revealed the consequences of Gelb using star vocalists and conductors.Stars may not be reliable because they have too many options offered by opera houses all over the world,although Netrebko did finish the whole run of Lucia.Because of elaborate scene changes,the two intermissions added up to almost 90 minutes,which led to some complaints.
