齐齐哈尔市儿童胰岛素依赖型糖尿病发病特点研究

A Study on the Incidence of Insulin Dependent Diabetes Millitus (IDDM) in Children in Qiqihar City 1989～1995

本文按照ＷＨＯＤＩＡＭＯＮＤ项目推荐的捕获再捕获方法，在中国预防医学科学院ＷＨＯＤＩＡＭＯＮＤ项目协调中心的统一协作和指导下，对齐齐哈尔市儿童胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＩＤＤＭ）的发病特点进行了研究。齐齐哈尔市（齐市）城区及六县１９８９～１９９５年七年间小于１５岁儿童胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＩＤＤＭ）的发病率为０．７７０／１０万，校正发病率０．８４１／１０万，男性０．６１１／１０万，女性为０．９１５／１０万，男女发病率之比为１∶１．５０。城区发病率为１．１０９／１０万，六县为０．６１９／１０万，城区发病率稍高于六县。以１０～１４岁年龄组发病率最高。七年间齐市儿童ＩＤＤＭ发病未呈规律性变化趋势，但多数病例于秋冬季发病。

The cases of IDDM were investigated using epidemiological method in children under 15 years old in Qiqihar city 1989～1995.The results showed that the crude average annual incidence rate was 0.77/100000,the ascertainmentcorrected incidence rate was 0.611/100000,the ratio of male to female was 1∶1.05.The incidence rate in urban area was 1.109/100000,a little higher than that in rural area0.619/100000.The highest incidence rate was found in the children group from 10-14 years old.The incidence of IDDM in children in that city did not have the regular trend and most of them were found in autumn and winter.
