摘要 草莓主要的营养价值体现在其维生素C含量非常高。近年来的研究发现,维生素C除了可以预防环血病外,对动脉感化、冠心病、心绞痛、脑溢血、高血压、高血脂等疾病,都有积极的预防作用。
