摘要
对１０２４例阿片类依赖者戒断后血压的变化进行分析，发现粗制阿片、海洛因或二氢埃托啡身体依赖者戒断后，中、重度戒断症状者的血压低于正常人血压。阿片、海洛因依赖者戒断后６ｈ内血压无明显变化，戒断后７－１２０ｈ的血压低于正常人血压。阿片、海洛因依赖者戒断后的血压亦低于恢复后的血压。结果表明，阿片类依赖者戒断后血压会有所下降，但下降范围不大，均在正常值范围内。
Blood pressure of 1024 opioid addicts after detoxification was analysed.It was found that the blood pressure of addicts with moderate or severe withdrawal syndroms was lower than that of normal persons.There was no obvious difference in blood pressure between opium addicts in 6 hours after detoxification and those of normal persons,but the blood pressure from 7 hours to 120 hours after detoxification was lower than that of normal group. The blood pressure of opium and heroin addicts after recovery was higher than that during withdrawal. It suggested that the blood pressure of opioid addicts during withdrawal was low, but the declining range was small, and it was whitin normal range.
