内蒙古医学院第一附院麻醉性镇痛药使用情况调查分析

A SURVEY ON THE UTILIZATION OF NARCOTIC ANALGESIC DRUGS ANDPRESCRIPTION ANALYSIS IN THE FIRST AFFILIATED HOSPITAL OF INNER MONGOLIA MEDICAL COLLEGE

本文对内蒙古医学院第一附院１９９３年至１９９４年度四季度中各１个月共４个月的麻醉性镇痛药处方１５０６张进行了统计分析。并用限定日剂量（ＤＤＤ）和药物利用指数（ＤＵＩ）为指标分析其使用情况。结果表明该院麻醉性镇痛药处方占总处方量的２．６１％；常用药物共５种，出现率依次为度冷丁８１％；强痛定１２．７％；ＤＨＥ３．２％；吗啡２．３％；可待因０．６％。使用科室外科最多５７．５％；其次为妇产科１８．１％及内科１５．９％。用药病人年龄分布很广（０．８－７２ａ），平均年龄４６ａ±ｓ１６ａ，其中３０ａ至６０ａ范围内各科人使用均较多。用药病人性别差异不明显（男５５．２％，女４４．８％）。度冷丁、可待因、强痛定的ＤＵＩ均≤１；唯有吗啡ＤＵＩ＞１，为１．９５。调查结果显示本院麻醉性镇痛药使用基本合理。

1506 prescriptions of narcotic analgesics collected from the first affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical College in May, August, November, 1993 and February, 1994 were analysed. Defined daily does(DDD) and drug utilization index(DUI) for narcotic analgesic drugs were calculated as an indicator of rational drug use. Occuring incidence rate was 2.61%. There were five kinds of narcotic analgesic drugs.The order of using frequency was: dolantin 81.1%; AP-237 12.7%; DHE 3.2%; morphine 2.3% and codeine 0.6%. Department of Surgery used them the most (57.5%), Gynecology (18.1%) and medicine (15.9%) second. In all age groups, the higher using frequency was in the 30 to 60 year old age group. Average age was 46 a±s 16 a (0.8-78 a). There was no significant difference between male and female in the use of the drugs(male 55.2%, female 44.8%). The DUI of morphine was 1.95 (DUI>1), others were less than one or equal to one, which showed that the utilization of narcotic drugs in the hospital was rational.
