本文概述了LSI/VLSI几种主要设计模式,并讨论了标准单元兼容BBL单元的必要性。在LSIS-Ⅱ系统的基础上提出了实现兼容BBL单元简捷而有效的方法。实验验证该方法是可行的,且保证了较高的设计精度和处理效率,从而使LSIS-Ⅱ系统进一步提高了在实际应用中的适应能力及系统水平。

Several major design models are summarized in this paper and the necessity of standard cell with BBL cell is discussed. On the basis of the original LSIS-II system, a simple and effective method of standard cell with BBL cell is proposed in this pa per.The method is proved to be feasible by our experiments. The satisfactory design precision and processing efficiency has been achieved. Therefore the adaptable ability of the system is enhanced further in practical application.
