Not to Lose Sight of Strategy

本轮全球衰退部分原因就是企业缺乏长期的战略。尽管在目前这样的危急情势下,企业都忙于应付一些短期问题,但还是要以长期战略为纲进行经营决策,才能抓住危机过后的持续增长机会,这点相当关键。反而仓促决定往往把企业带入绝境。
