中国健康女性全血表观粘度230 s^(-1)参考值与地理因素的逐步回归分析

摘要 为制定中国健康女性全血表观粘度230s-1参考值的统一标准提供科学依据而收集了中国23个单位测定的1372例健康女性全血表观粘度230s-1参考值,并对其与五项地理因素的关系进行了研究,发现海拔高度是影响健康女性全血表观粘度230s-1参考值最主要的因素,随着海拔高度的逐渐增大,健康女性全血表观粘度230s-1参考值也逐渐增大。用数学回归的方法推导出了一个回归方程。如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,就可以用这个回归方程,估算这个地区的健康女性全血表观粘度230s-1参考值。依据健康女性全血表观粘度230s-1参考值与地理因素的依赖关系把中国分为青藏区、西南区、西北区、东南区、华北区。 In order to supply a basis for uniting the reference value standard of Chinese healthy women whole blood apparent viscosity(230 s -1 ),a research is made between the reference value of 1 372 examples of Chinese women whole blood apparent viscosity(230 s -1 ) and five geographical factors in China's 23 areas. It is found that altitude is the main factor affecting the reference value of Chinese healthy women whole blood apparent viscosity(230 s -1 ). As the altitude increase gradually, the reference value of Chinese healthy women whole blood apparent viscosity(230 s -1 ) also increase. Appling the method of mathematical regression analysis, one regression equation are given out. If geographical index values are obtained in some area, the reference value of Chinese healthy women whole blood apparent viscosity(230 s -1 ) of this area can be reckoned using the regression equation. Furthermore, according to the similarity of the reference value of Chinese healthy women whole blood apparent viscosity(230 s -1 ), China can be divided into six regions: Qing-hai-Xizang region, Southwestern China, Northwesten China, Southeastern China, Northern China and Northeastem China.
