摘要
本文针对德国职业教育的办学特点分析了我国高等职业教育的办学理念、办学模式、师资队伍建设和人才培养目标等方面的现状并提出了切合实际可操作的对策。
Vocational Education in Germany analyzed the characteristics of the school of higher vocational education of our school philosophy, the school system, teacher team building and personnel training and other aspects of the status of goals and proposed realistic workable solutions.
