摘要
学校管理中的人性的思考一文,从人性假设的确立对管理理念、管理文化、管理方法和管理手段的制约性谈起,介绍了麦戈雷格的四种人性假设理论,分析了教师的一般的心理特点,有鉴于此,把我国现阶段的教师的心理假设定位于“x”理论和“y”理论之间。
