包蜡衣打光对元香止痛丸稳定性的影响

Wax Coating and Polishing on the Stability of Yuanxiang Zhitong Bolus

采用吸湿率、挥发油总量及延胡索乙素含量为指标考察元香止痛丸在采用传统包蜡衣工艺后的稳定性变化，结果表明在该制剂中包蜡衣仅能改善药丸的外观，并不能增加其稳定性，且包蜡衣打光时需加热，会引起总挥发油含量下降，因此本制剂不宜包蜡衣打光。提示：在传统丸剂制备中是否需要采用包蜡衣打光这一工序。

The hygroscopic rate, total content of volatile oil and concentration of tetrahydropalmatine were employed as the criteria for examining the stability of Yuanxiang Zhitong Bolus after processed by the traditional technique of wax coating and polishing. The results showed that this technique could only improve the appearance of the bolus but not increase its stability, and heating applied in the technique decreased the total content of volatile oil, indicating that this technique is not applicable to this preparation. It is suggested that the necessity of wax coating and polishing for bolus should be considered individually according to the ingredients of the preparation.
