SIL-2R和T细胞亚群在Ⅲ变态反应中的变化

THE VALUE CHANGE OF SIL2RCD4 CD8IN Ⅲ ALLERGY

目的：观察可溶性白介素－２（ＳＩＬ—２Ｒ）和Ｔ细胞亚群在Ⅲ型变态反应过程中的变化。方法：采用皮下注射正常马血清的方法，建立家兔Ⅲ型变态反应模型，间断取血观察ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ，ＣＤ３，ＣＤ４，ＣＤ８的变化。结果：ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ于注射抗原后第４天开始上升，第８天达到高峰。ＣＤ３和ＣＤ４细胞于第８天升高，ＣＤ８细胞于第８天上升，第１６天达高峰。结论：ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ，ＣＤ４，ＣＤ８均参与Ⅲ变态反应，并与抗体生成规律相符。ＣＤ８在Ⅲ变态反应中的作用有待于进一步研究。
