摘要
目的:研究正常人面神经的F波表现。方法:用同心针电极在降口角肌记录了20名健康青年人40侧面神经的F波。结果:得到面神经F波各项参数(潜伏期、时程、振幅、相位数、出现率、时间离散度)的正常值,面神经F波的潜伏期与受试者的头围长度成正相关,而与身高体重无关,证实了人体两侧面神经的兴奋性相同。结论:F波作为一种能准确评价面神经颅内段功能的简单、敏感的客观方法,将在面神经疾病的早期诊断和病情及疗效评定中发挥重要的作用。
Objective:To study F wave of facial nerve in normal subjects. Methods:F wave was recorded from depressor anguli oris muscles by concentric needle electrode in 20 young normal subjects. Results:The main characteristic of F wave were investigated and the normal values of F latency, duration, amplitude, phases, persistence and chronodispersion were obtained. There was a correlation between F latency and the headlength of the subject. The excitability of facial motor neuron in both side of normal subjects were identical. Conclusion:F wave could be a sensitive and useful objective index in detection the proximal segment of facial nerve and early diagnosis in facial paralysis.
