摘要
目的：观察金属烤瓷修复体的临床修复效果。方法：通过临床５７９例金属烤瓷修复，对该方法的修复原因、修复部位、修复体类型及数量以及失败原因进行统计和分析。结果：上前牙美观需要是主要适应症，牙体预备不当造成修复体脱落是失败的主要原因。结论：严格掌握适应症、修复体制作准备是预防修复体失败的主要措施。
Objective:In order to observe the effect of porcelain fused to metal restoration.Methods:Through the clinical observation of 579 cases of porcelain fused to metal, we record statistically and analyse the purpose, the position in the dentition and the types of restoration.Results:The main indication is the esthetic effect of upper anterior teeth. The fall of restoration result from the fault of teeth preparation is the main cause of fail.Conclusion:Strict select the indication and assembling the restorattive exactly with a pefect fitting are the main preventive measures against failure.
