摘要
本文对当前PLC程序的通用性和可移植性进行了深入分析,并结合汽车门锁锁体功能测试,就如何借助PLC顺序功能图(SFC)的程序设计方式作为辅助工具,建立通用的汽车门锁锁体测试PLC软件平台,使该PLC软件能够快速在不同品牌的PLC平台上移植进行了详细的论述。
The versatility and portability of PLC （Programmable Logical Control） program are analyzed thoroughly in the article. According to the testing function of door-lock latch of automobile, the versatile PLC software platform about testing system of door-lock latch of automobile was founded on the programmable mode PLC＇s SFC （Sequential Function Chart）. According as the design mode in this paper, the PLC software can be ported again at different brand＇s PLC.
