船舶含油废水处理工程设计实例

DESIGN EXAMPLE OF TREATING OILY WASTEWATER FROM MARINE SHIPS

采用酸化隔油-碱化混凝气浮-中和生物接触氧化法处理大连某港口船舶含油类废水,介绍各处理构筑物、工艺设备及相关设计参数。该工艺运行结果表明,处理后出水含油浓度低于5mg/L,COD浓度低于40mg/L,BOD浓度低于10mg/L,处理后出水满足中水水质使用标准。

The oily wastewater from marine ships in Dalian Harbor is treated by acidification and oil separator＋ alkalinization and flocculation and gas flotation＋ neutralization and biological contact oxidation process. The wastewater treatment structures,process equipment and the operating parameters are presented. It is evident that the adopted process is efficient for treating the oily wastewater. After treatment oil,COD and BOD concentrations of the effluent are less than 5 mg/L ,40 mg/L and 10 mg/L respectively,and the final effluent can meet the reuse standard of wastewater.
