硫唑嘌呤合用皮质类固醇治疗重症肌无力危象的疗效观察

The effect of combination of corticosteroid and azathioprine in treatment of myasthenia gravis crisis

目的:硫唑嘌呤合用皮质类固醇治疗重症肌无力危象的疗效观察。材料和方法:男女各3例。年龄26～48岁。其中5例重症肌无力眼肌型,1例重症肌无力延髓型。病程1.5～8年。都经胸腺瘤切除,术后2～5月出现重症肌无力危象。当皮质类固醇激素治疗效果不佳时,加用硫唑嘌呤100～150mg/天治疗。结果:在3～4周内完全脱离人工呼吸机,除轻度眼睑下垂,2例肢体肌力Ⅴ度、4例肢体肌力Ⅳ度。结论:硫唑嘌呤合用皮质类固醇治疗重症肌无力危象是有效的。

Object: To observe the effect of combination of corticosteroid and azathioprine in the treatment of myasthenia gravis crisis. Materials and Methods; The study focused on 6 patients, 3females, 3males. ranging in age from 26 to 48 years. Five patients are ocular type of myasthenia gravis. the other bulbar type of myasthenia gravis. The course of disease is from 1. 5 to 8 years. All of them showed myasthenia gravis crisis in 2 to 5 months after thymectomy. For the patients whose treatment with corticosteroid can not work, then azathioprine 100 to 150mg daily is combinated. Result: All the patients cast off the mechanical ventilation within 3 to 4 weeks, only leave with minor palpebra ptosis. two patients muscular strength are Ⅴ . the others are Ⅳ. Conclusion combination of corticosteroid and azathioprine in treatment of myasthenia gravis crisis is effective.
