目的:了解潜艇员听功能状态与畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)的关系。方法:听力正常艇员40名(80耳),用GSI—60耳声发射测试仪行听力测试,刺激声强度L1=L2=70dB(SPL),f2/f1=1.2,选择2f1-f2点DPOAE值共取8个点的频率对其进行幅值测试。结果:DPOAE的检出率,1、2、8点分别为93.75%、97.50%和80.00%,余各点为100.00%;DPOAE幅值在4000Hz以上较低。结论:潜艇作业人员虽然从纯音测听检测中并未表现出听力损害,但在DPOAE检测结果中已看出有高频听力损失。在诊断早期耳蜗功能障碍时。
Aim: To observe the changes of distortion product otoacoustic emissions(DPOAE) in 40 submariners with normal pure tone audiogram. Methods: The DPOAE was recorded with GSI-60 DPOAE system. The submariners had all worked in a noise environment for at least 1 year. The stimulation sound intensity level was L1=L2=70 dB, the f2/f1 ratio was 12, and the DPOAE amplitudes of 8 frequency points were collected. Results: The DPOAE recorded were 9375%,9750%,8000% at Nos. 1,2,8 frequency points respectively and 100% at other 5 frequency points. The DPOAE amplitudes over 4 000 Hz were decreased as compared with that of normal persons. Conclusion: DPOAE can expose high frequency hearing loss of the submariner with normal pure tone audiogram, which indicated DPOAE is more sensitive in detecting early cochlear damage than pure tone audiometry.
