颈段气管闭合性横断性损伤的救治

Treatment of acute blunt trauma of cervical trachea

颈段气管闭合性横断性损伤病情险恶,病程进展迅速,处理不当可因窒息死亡或遗留气管狭窄、气管食管瘘等并发症。通过6例病人的救治,成功5例,死亡1例。强调在抢救病人生命的同时要兼顾损伤组织及器官的修复。提出改一往单纯急症气管切开为急症颈部探查,有效避免了有关并发症的发生。

Six patients with acute blunt trauma of cervical trachea were treated by surgery. All patients were males, ranging in age from 22 to 45 years. The causes of cervical trachea trauma were all traffic accident. The clinical symptoms included dyspnea anoxia and bloody sputum. The anastomosis of breaken cervical trachea and tissue repair were performed on these patients. The result showed that 5 patients were cured and one died. We suggest that the rescue of patient's life and repair of traumatic tissue/organ should be done simultaneously. In order to avoid severe complications, cervical exploration should be performed during emergent tracheotomy.
