喉癌组织间质中巨噬细胞内溶菌酶的活性研究

摘要 为探讨溶菌酶(lysozyme,LZM)对喉癌的抗肿瘤作用,应用免疫组化技术对喉癌患者的癌组织石蜡切片中 LZM 分布进行观测,结果表明:LZM 在巨噬细胞(macrophage,M(?))内呈阳性反应,溶菌酶阳性巨噬细胞(lysozyme positive macrophage,LPM)主要分布在喉癌间质,喉癌间质 LPM成簇分布区常伴大量淋巴细胞浸润;癌组织中 LPM 数目高于手术切端(P<0.01)。随病变范围的扩大,LPM 的数目呈现下降趋势,无颈淋巴结转移者癌组织 LPM 数目高于颈淋巴结转移者(P<0.01)。提示喉癌局部浸润的 LPM 多少与喉癌的发展、转移密切相关;LZM 在 LPM 抗肿瘤过程中起重要作用,它能促进癌间质网状结构破坏,使抗肿瘤细咆易于向肿瘤组织浸润,共同发挥抗肿瘤作用。 The purpose of this study was to discuss the active function of lysozyme(LZM)to laryngeal carcinoma.The LZM distribution of laryngeal carcinoma tissue incised from laryngeal carcinoma in paraffin section was observed by immunohistochemical tech- nique.The results whowed that LZM was positive in macrophage,lysozyme positive macrophages (LPM) principally distributed in carcinoma mesenehyme and often assem- bled in cluster together with a large number of lymphocytes;the number of LPM in ear- cinoma tissue was much more than that of incision edge (P<0.01),it decreased obvi- ously iwth the extension of the range of carcinoma and in non-metastatic group much more than in metastatic gruop (P<0.01).It indicated that the number of LPM infil- trated in laryngeal carcinoma tissue was intimately related to the development and metastasis of laryngeal careinoma;the LZM released by LPM might promote infiltration of lymphocyte to carcinoma tissue and produce anti-tumour function.
