摘要
目的：研究丘脑卒中与失语的关系。方法：对２５例丘脑卒中的神经心理学检查结果进行分析，并与脑干听觉诱发电位（ＢＡＥＰ）检查结果对照。结果：发现左侧丘脑卒中可致失语，发生率为８２％，右侧丘脑卒中语言正常。有无丘脑失语的ＢＡＥＰ异常率相近（失语组６９％，非失语组６４％），均表现为Ⅲ—Ⅴ波波间期＞Ⅰ—Ⅲ波波间期，及Ｖ波、Ⅳ波潜伏期的延长。
Objectives:To study the relation of thalamic stroke and aphasia.Methods:A contrast analysis between the results of neuropsychology and BAEP was done in 25 patients with thalamic stroke.Result:The left thalamic stroke could lead to aphasia,the incidence rate was 82.4%,while the speech function in patients with right thalamic stroke was nomal.The abormality rate of BEAP was 69% in group of aphasia and 64% in group of non-aphasia respectively,and its are similar.In the two guoups ,BEAP showed that the peak lantencies(PL) for waves V,Ⅵ prolonged and the internal peak latencies(IPL) for waves Ⅲ～Ⅴ>Ⅰ～Ⅲ. Conclusions: Speech that a compound psychological action had not direct relation with corpus geniculatum mediale and other structure on the brainstem auditory conduction passage.
