随着就业压力的增大,政府在促进高校毕业生就业中的角色定位问题日益凸显出来。政府不再以管理者或"守夜人"的角色出现,而要作为具有利益制衡能效的第三方角色,均衡毕业生、高校和用人单位之间的利益,促进高校学生就业。

With the increasing pressure of employment,it becomes more and more urgent to position the role of the government in increasing employment of college graduates.Instead of serving as a manager or vigil,the government serves a third-party role of balancing the interests of college graduates,colleges and employers for the purpose of increasing employment of college graduates.
