Development and Protection of Shaanxi Folk Customs

陕西民俗文化从不同侧面记载了陕西人文精神的变化和发展,是弥足珍贵的非物质文化遗产,具有原发性、原始性、奇奥性、古老性和多样性的特点。我们应按照科学发展观的要求,保护、宣传并促进其发展。要高度重视,加强立法;要积极收集记录和保护民族民间传统文化;要发展和创新民俗文化,同时积极参与国际非物质文化遗产保护工作。

Shaanxi folk custom,a rare intangible cultural heritage,which records change and development of Shaanxi humanistic spirit,is characterized by being original,odd,ancient,and varied.To satisfy the demand for scientific development conception,Shaanxi folk customs have to be protected,publicized,and developed by intensifying legislation,collecting and recording traditional folk culture,bringing forth new ideas,and actively participating in international intangible culture heritage protection work.
