Development Trend of Economic Law in China at the Visual Threshold of Government and Market

政府与市场的关系是我国新时期经济法理论研究的一个重要研究范式,决定着经济法的产生、特征以及主要构成。自1994年开始,我国经济法学理论各派均是在政府—市场这一框架中展开的。因此,通过政府与市场这一视阈,梳理政府与市场关系模式的理论演进和历史类型,揭示其对经济法研究的启示,探讨中国经济法未来的发展侧重点,以期指导经济法的理论与实践。

The relationship between government and market is a major research paradigm of the theoretical studies on economic law in the new era of China which determines the emergence,characteristics and the main component parts of economic law.Since the year of 1994,theoretical studies on economic law have been conducted in the framework of government-market.An analysis of the development and types of theories on government-market relationship helps theoretically and practically promote studies of economic law in China.
