在离子膜法电解淡盐水脱氯系统取消加亚硫酸钠,保留一定量的游离氯用于在一次盐水精制中去除粗盐水中的有机物和菌藻类,进而取消加次氯酸钠。介绍了工艺改进方案、改进难点和取得的效果。
The addition of sodium sulfite was canceled in the system of free chlorine removal from dilute brine in ion - exchange membrane electrolysis, and certain content of free chlorine was reserved and used to remove the organic substances and phycomycetes contained in crude brine during the refinement of primary brine. Therefore, the addition of sodium hypochlorite was canceled. The process innovation plans and the difficulties in innovation were introduced as well as the effects achieved.
