摘要
随着我国汽车产业的不断发展,汽车经销商的实力也随之不断壮大,组建大型的汽车销售集团已经是大势所趋。文章分析了现阶段的汽车销售市场,提出了大型汽车销售集团组建的4种模式,分析了现今汽车行业不景气的情况下作为大型的汽车销售集团的优势。指出经销商通过兼并重组和获得多品牌代理权等方式创建自身品牌价值,从而在汽车经销商集团化发展道路上做大做强。
With the development of China's auto industry, and the growing up of the auto dealers strength, establishing the large automotive sales group has already been inevitable. The auto market of the present stage is analyzed, four patterns of largescale auto sales group are proposed. And affected by the depression of auto industry, the advantages of large auto sales group are analyzed. Through the merger and reorganization and getting more brand agency, the dealers establish own brand value. On the road of collectivization development, the dealers become bigger and stronger.
