摘要
目的观察大鼠运动皮层毁损行胎鼠脑移植后运动改善情况。方法大鼠45只,分对照组和移植组;机械毁损各组鼠单侧运动皮层,经三项运动指标测试,建立瘫痪模型;向移植组鼠皮层毁损区移植胎鼠脑组织,移植后3及6月观察运动能力变化。结果在选定的指标(爬立数、过障数、转数)中,实验组和对照组损毁术后均显示运动效能降低;移植后3月,大鼠爬立数和过障数趋向增高,移植后6月显著增高;而转数在移植后3月即明显增高;对照组损毁后6日、3月及6月的运动能力无明显改善。结论胎脑移植有助于瘫痪大鼠运动功能恢复。
Objective Observing behavioral recovery of rats with lesion on motor cortex after receiving transplant from brain of rat embryos,Method 45 SD rats were divided into Control group and Graft group which was subdivided into Graft group 1(observed at 3 months post graft)and Graft group2(observed at 6 months post graft),Unilateral motor cortex of all rats was damaged. paralytic rat models were verified by 3 motor indexes.Brain tissues from rat embryos were grafted into the damaged cortex area of rats in Graft group.Motor ability changes were observed at 3 and 6 months after graft.Results (1)After injury all rats were greatly impaired in motor indexes such as Climbing Score,Obstacle crossing Score,and Rotating Score;(2)In Climbing and Obstacle crossing,the grafted rats tended to improve 3 months after graft(Graft group 1),significantly recovered 6 months after graft(Graft group 2),whereas in Rotating the grafted rats got better markedly 3 months after graft.(3)In Control group there were no significant improvements in all motor indexes between 6 days,3 and 6 months after injury.Conclusion Fetal brain transplantation can improve motor ability of paralized rats.
