摘要 目的探讨英语考试应激对大学生心理状况及考试成绩的影响。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL—90),在全国大学生英语四级统考前夕,对258名参加统考的大学生进行了心理健康状况调查。结果被调查者SCL—90各因子痛苦水平与全国常模比较,除恐怖因子外,其余各因子皆有极显著差异(P<0.01)。各因子现患率从11.3%(恐怖)到52.97%(强迫)不等。女生心理状况及考试成绩优于男生。SCL—90各因子痛苦水平与考试成绩皆呈显著负相关。结论考试应激使大学生心理症状明显增多,并影响考试成绩。 Objective To explore the effect of English test on mental health and test scores in college students. Method 258 college student were investigated befor their College English Test 4(CE74) by using SCL_90, the relation between SCL—90 scores and test achievement was analysed. Result the scores of SCL—90 factors were significantly different compared with the normal except for the phonic factor, The current morbidity rate of each factor was from 11.3% (phobia) to 52.97% (obsession). The psychological state of the female students was superior to that of the males, the scores of SCL_90 factors had greatly negative correlation with the examination achievement.Conclusion psychological symptom of college students increased for test stress and affected their exam achievement.
