高校图书馆增强电子信息资源服务效益的策略——基于澳大利亚图书馆的实例分析

Strategies for Improving the Service Effectiveness of the E-information Resources in Academic Libraries

本文以澳大利亚为例,介绍了其电子信息资源的获取、保存、检索和利用策略的应用现状,采用价值链分析法和对比分析法,对增进信息资源服务效益的关键环节进行了研究,阐述了完善服务流程、双赢共享理念等要点对增进服务效益的作用,提出了战略环境扫描、再造服务流程、开发数据库、建立合作联盟等对策措施。

The application of the strategies for the procurement, preservation, retrieval and utilization of electronic information resources in Australia is introduced. The value-chain analysis method and the comparative analysis method are used to study the key links in improving the service effectiveness of information resources. The paper also expatiates the role of the idea of perfecting the service process, achieving double winning and sharing the resources together on improving the service effectiveness. Finally, such as strategic environment scanning, service process reengineering, developing databases and establishing cooperation alliances are put forward.
