网络信息资源的模糊综合评价研究

Research on the Integrated Fuzzy Evaluation of Network Information Resources

本文在分析现有文献关于网络信息资源的评价指标和主要评价方法的基础上,根据人们评价事物的主观性、模糊性、不精确性,提出了一种基于三角模糊数的网络信息资源模糊综合评价方法,该方法能够充分利用用户和专家的知识、经验和偏好信息对网络信息资源进行评价。实例说明该方法的有效性。

Based on the analysis of the evaluation indicators and main evaluation methods of network information resources in current studies, and in accordance with the people＇ s subjectivity, fuzziness and inaccuracy in evaluating things, this paper proposes an integrated fuzzy model for evaluating network information resources based on triangular fuzzy number, which can make full use of knowledge, experiences and preferences of experts and users during the evaluation. An example proves that this method is feasible and effective.
