摘要 本文旨在探究图书馆在电子时代面临的挑战,并思考图书馆需要如何重新塑造、重新思考、重新定义其管理模式、服务机制和人员技能,以履行其参与社会、服务大众、贡献知识的基本职能。 The paper aims to explore the challenges facing libraries in the digital age and consider ways in which they need to reshape, rethink and redefine their services and skills to maintain their essential functions of relevance and contribution to the public.
