This paper introduces the background, purpose, method and functions of MINES for Libraries TM . Based on comparing MINES for Libraries TM and LibQUAL ＋, DigQUAL , and Investigation practice of MINES in Canadian libraries this paper point out that MINES is the effective Investigation method of usage evaluation of the electronics resources under the network environment and discusses the development future of MINES in library.
