摘要
本文对全自动熏洗床控制系统进行了研究,开发了一个集温度、压力、定位位置的测量等自动控制为一体的闭环微机控制系统。在硬件设计上,采用ADμC812单片机作为控制系统的核心。软件设计上,采用C51编程语言对控制系统进行程序设计,包括主程序、中断程序和CPU初始化、按键处理、温度控制等子程序。在控制方法上,采用模糊控制理论对中药液的温度进行控制,克服了PID(积分分离算法子程序)控制存在的进入恒温状态所需时间长、控制精度低等缺点。
Studies the control system of automatic steaming and washing beds and develops a closed loop computer control system which can measure the temperature, pressure and position, display and process the data. AD μ C812 is used as the core of the automatic control system in the design of hardware. C51 programming language is adopted to design the control system software, including main program, interrupting program and CPU initialization, key-press disposal, temperature control subprogram, etc. The fuzzy control theory is used as the control method to process the temperature of traditional Chinese medicine liquids, which can overcome the shortcoming of a long time to reach the condition of constant temperature with and low control in PID control algorithm.
