Interactive Model Study of diversified Players in Public Governance under the Harmonious Society

当前,构建社会主义和谐社会是当代我国社会发展的一项重大任务,其根本途径是打破传统政府一元化社会治理,建立以政府为主导,社会各部门、各群体广泛参与的社会共同治理。公共治理多元化主体之间只有通过建立良性互动结构关系,才能充分发挥各主体的优势,综合促进公共治理能力、提高公共治理水平,形成和谐社会建设的强大合力。公共治理主体多样化与结构化是和谐社会建设的必由之路,也是和谐社会追求的重要目标。

Building a socialist harmonious society is the most important task for the contemporary development of China. To realize this vision, the fundamental way is to break the traditional one -player model and build a new model involved diversified players. Under this model, different social sectors and organizations will join with the government to participate into the social governance while the government takes the leading role in such structure. This is the only way for social parties concerned to form optimum cooperative and interactive relationships and play their own capacities to improve the standard and quality of social governance.
