中国特色政府规制理论新探

New Exploration on Government Regulation Theory with Chinese Characteristics

随着中国经济逐步深入地与国际经济相融合,政府规制领域面临的问题越来越复杂,这也对中国学术界提出了新的要求。本文概述发达国家政府规制理论的特点,在总结中国政府规制理论演进的基础上,从经济规制、社会规制、行政规制三个方面进行深入探究,分析中国政府规制领域面临的主要问题,突破现行政府规制论著的特点和惯例,创建具有中国特色的政府规制理论架构,以期为政府微观经济管理部门制定和修改规制政策提供对策建议和决策参考。

With Chinese economy merged into world economy gradually and deeply , the governmental regulation is facing more and more complex problems, which has put forward new demands for Chinese academia. This article summarizes the features of government regulation theory in developed countries and the theoretical evolution of government regulation theory in China. On the basis of this, the article makes a depth analysis from three aspects： economic regulation, social regulations and administrative regulation. The article analyzes the main existing problems in Chinese government regulation, breaks through the limitation of present theory, and establishes theoretical framework of government regulation theory with Chinese characteristics. The article aims to offer countermeasures and decision reference in the formulation and modification of regulation policy for microeconomic management departments.
