摘要
公共部门管理研究是近几年在我国正在兴起的学科,主要是借鉴国外的一些学术成果,尚未形成自己的理论体系,特别是结合中国公共管理部门实际的学术成果目前还在探索和发展阶段。而从人力资源角度,将和谐管理思想引入公共部门的管理理论和实践,不论是理论还是实证,人力资源学者均在探索中。本文对国内外关于公共部门人力资源和谐管理方面的文献进行了整理,以期有抛砖引玉之效。
Without its own theoretical framework system hitherto, Public Sector Management in China, whose work mainly consists of studying and referencing academic achievements abroad, is a newly thriving subject in recent years. Most research work, in particular study of Public Sector Management combing China' s factual practice, is still on its commencing stage. In terms of human resource management, introducing the ideology of ‘harmony' into Public Sector Management study is also experimenting, both in theory and practice. This article collects most of Chinese and foreign studies concerning this issue so far.
