随着美国金融危机的蔓延和深化,全球资产价格大幅下跌,出现了典型的债务型通货紧缩现象。本文分析了当前金融危机的性质,介绍了治理债务型金融危机的国际经验,提出了应对当前金融危机的一些政策建议,包括大幅度削减利率、主动实施货币贬值战略、全力维护资本市场稳定、加大信贷对经济增长的支持力度以及采取更为积极有效的财政政策等。

With the spread and deepening of U. S. financial crisis, global assets price sharply declines, and a typical debt deflation phenomenon comes forth. This article analyzes the characters of current financial crisis, introduces the international experience of dealing with debt financial crisis ,puts forward some policy advices for dealing with current financial crisis, including rate cut, currency depreciation, stabilization of capital market, strengthening consumer credit and adopting more active and effective fiscal policies, it also suggests that China should give a higher priority to combat deflation in the next Macro - economic Control.
