摘要
文章简要介绍了排烟冷却塔技术发展的背景资料,重点分析论述了排烟冷却塔稳定性分析方法及有限元模型建立的理论方案。以某电厂拟建的2×300MW机组排烟冷却塔为例,通过在通风筒上开大孔计算和稳定性分析可得出如下结论:通风筒壁上开有较大孔洞时对结构的稳定性影响不大,但由于孔洞周围的应力变化较大应对孔洞进行加固处理。
The background of stack-in cooling tower development is briefly introduced with emphasis on stack-in cooling tower stability analysis methods and theoretical schemes of FE model development. Using the stack-in cooling tower design of planned 2×300 MW units as example, following conclusions can be made through calculation and stability analysis of large opening in ventilation tubes: the large opening in ventilation tube has little effect on structural stability; however, reinforcement should he applied to the opening due to large stress variation around the opening.
