摘要
河北国华沧东发电有限公司2×600MW机组烟气脱硫工程,与主机组提前同步完成了168h试运行。能够达到上述目标,主要是实施过程中总承包单位采取了超前策划、精细化和专业化的项目管理,其中包括对进度计划管理,动态调整脱硫工程二、三级计划,加强与相关施工单位的合同管理,"严、细、实"的专业管理,及时排除消极因素和正确把握关键环节等措施,最终实现华北地区第1台同步投运的环保工程。
The FGD project in Hebei Guohua Cangdong Power Generation Co. Ltd. has completed 168 h trial operation in synchronization with the 2×600 MW main units. For the previous purpose, the general contractor executed the planning ahead, careful and specialized project management, including sehedule planned management, dynamic adjustment of the 2nd and 3rd class FGD planning, enhancement of contract management with related construction contractors, strict and practical specialized management. Also negative factors were eliminated and correct key links were held. As a result, the 1 st FGD project commission synchronized with the main units was realized in north China regions.
