摘要
在对毕节喀斯特山区实施的梯田与小型水工程配套建设的实施规模、技术措施及效益开展调查的基础上,分析了制约工程效益发挥的主要因素,研究了解决问题的途径。为提高水土保持效益,以尽量减少工程量和投资、有效节约土地为目标,按持续性、适地性、科学性、整体性、系统性、效益性和可操作性等方面的要求进行优化,研究提出喀斯特山区梯田与小型水工程的集成配套模式,并开展试验示范,结果证实拦蓄减蚀效果明显。
The paper analyzes the main restricting factors of project benefit and studies the ways of solution based on the investigation of scale,technical measures and benefits of terrace and matching small-sized hydraulic project in Bijie karst region.It optimizes the projects according to the requirements of durative,adaptability,scientific,integration,systematicness,profitability and maneuverability for increasing the benefits of soil and water conservation,reducing the quantity and investment of projects and effectively saving land.It puts forward the mode of terrace and matching small-sized hydraulic project in mountain area of karst region and conducts pilot works,showing remarkable effects of retention and erosion reduction.
