深圳市发展"陆港"和"大物流"是大势所趋,也是深圳融入世界,提高城市竞争力的必要措施。本文首先对"陆港"和"大物流"的概念和内涵进行了探讨分析,然后从政府的角度,针对深圳市实际情况,提出了一系列发展"陆港"和"大物流"的具体措施。
